A: Unfortunately, not all multimedia functions are passed through the KVM to the input PC. We recommend trying the USB2.0 port but we cannot guarantee all multimedia functions.

A: Occasionally the mouse movement for Mac operating systems may jump. Please try using the USB2.0 port for your mouse input. If problems continue, please confirm the mouse works correctly when plugged directly into the PC that exhibits the issue.

A: Yes. If you have issues with functionality, please try the USB2.0 port. Please note that using the USB hub will disallow keyboard hotkeys for switching.

A: No, it is impossible to control the PCs. The LAN is for sending simple command strings, for example switch input ports and could not transmit the video or not even keyboard and mouse data. The IP address can be changed.

Q: I had bought one other band KVM, when I switch input ports, my PC's windows always moved, does your KVM also has this proble

A: No, our KVM don't have this problem, as we have an emulated display devices in every input ports which are fix connect to all the PCs.

Q: How long will the KVM be in black screen when switching from one port to another?

A: Around 1~3 seconds depends on different band monitor.

Q:Does your KVM support seamless switch?

A: No, there is a black screen when switching. But for keyboard and mouse, it is seamless, you could use keyboard and mouse after switch immediately.
