2018.3 Security exhibition in Moscow

2018 Moscow Security Exhibition was held on 20th to 23rd March, this is the first time we attend Security fair in Russia, we met with some customers never met before and make new friends there, make a good publication in Moscow!

We are manufacture of AV products with many years of OEM and ODM services, our customers are around all over the world, include Russian, but the communication is always difficult because of most of our customers from Russia just can speak their own language and it’s hard to make us understand to each other. So we hired a professional Chinese-Russian translator to help us in this Fair, it made a successful communication with our new and old customers.

The most popular product for this exhibition are KVM Switch; KVM extender and fiber optic product, most of the visitors are interested to know how they works and price…some of them even strive to buy samples for test, but every sample we just took 1 piece, so they were sold on the end day of the fair.

Tesla Elec are always trying best to serve customers not only with high quality products and also timely technical support, we must remove all obstacles by all kinds of ways to solve problems for them. So we are planning to build a office in Russia with some good Chinese-Russian speaker to support our customers in Russia, we believe nothing is difficult as long as we are fighting and always consider for customers first.
